Bonsoir,J'ai configuré le VPN sur ma fritzbox 7530 en suivant les instructions, mais je n'arrive pas à me connecter depuis l'extérieur du réseau, il semble que je ne puisse pas accéder au routeur. Une autre configuration est-elle nécessaire ? Je vois dans cette autre réponse qu'il semble y avoir une solution. Serait-il possible que vous me la disiez ? Hello,I am writing this post as a request for help from Tango Customer Services, and also as a warning to Tango customers who might want to leave Luxembourg before their contract ends.My wife and I moved to Luxembourg in May 2022. When we moved we knew that we were unlikely to be here for long, so we made sure to find an internet contract that would allow us to break the contract without fees if we needed to move away. We chose Tango since they offered this, and we also received email confirmation from Tango that if we left Luxembourg before our two year contract ended, we could terminate it without fees.Well, now the day has come - we are leaving Luxembourg 6 months early, and we're being told that we must pay a fee of €960 to cancel! Tango themselves don't seem to know what's happening - some of the agents we have spoken to say that we won't have fees to pay and other say we do, and are quoting a change to the terms and conditions in November 2022 as the reason (which we neither saw
My partner and I have just moved in together. We both had separate Tango Internet contracts so we needed to move one and terminate the other.After two conversations with Tango staff, one over the phone and the other in person in the store, we were told that my contract was at the end of the minimum period at the end of July 2023. We moved my partner's contract over to our new residence and requested the cancellation of my contract for the end of July as advised (twice) by Tango representatives.I have now received a final bill for my contract of nearly €750. This appears to include a further 5 months of service changes plus the cost of the installation and administration fees.Speaking to another representative, again in the store, I was told they would open a case to investigate; I would be called by someone (CASE:1279394). Hello,As I am moving and leaving the country, I requested a cancelletion. Online support told me that if I will send an official document regarding my departure from country, I might not pay any fee for cancellation. However, your your customer service called me and said this procedure has changed December 2022 and not applicable. I signed my contract 18 August 2022 and this change shouldn’t be applied in my case. Please advise me on this issue. Thank you,Regards
This morning when I woke up my wifi wasn't working, I checked the event logs and since 4 am that it can't connect to IPv4 or the Internet provider and it says there's a PPPoE error and other things. Is this something I can just fix by factory resetting the router? Or do I need to call someone to come have a look at it ?
Hi,I'm about to rent an apartment where the current tenant has a Tango plan for home Internet.They mentioned that I can take over their plan, which allows them to not pay early exit fees, and me to not pay installation fees.I wanted to confirm whether I would “inherit” the tenure of the plan of the current tenant.For example, if they've been with Tango for 15 months, would my plan start at the 15-month mark or would I be considered a brand new customer that has a new 24-month contract with Tango?I looked at this FAQ but it didn't mention anything about tenure: If the tenure is not kept, I don't see much benefit for me as installation fees are offered, but charged back to the customer in case of early exit.Thanks.
Hi Tango. I lost my internet connection while trying to configure my mesh network and even though I have changed everything back to the original settings there is still no internet.it would be helpful to have the instructions on what settings to use as well as the username/password for my internet account to enter into the router. Maybe you should consider having a section where a customer can access their account details and setup instructions. I logged in and searched for this but couldn’t find it. If it does exist I would be very grateful if anyone can share how to access it. grateful for any help in fixing this as internet is down for the whole household.
Hello,I am Tango Internet VDSL customer with 100Mbits Download speed in contract.Since I used it, from April 12th until today, the speed never reach anywhere 100Mbits.It is always around 20Mbits with various speed test providers, day and night.I called the customer service at the end of April about the problem, the customer service will reach out back to me for technical check, but until now, no news at all and the speed does not change at all.I used LAN Cable from the router, but the speed does not change. Hello! I asked for the cancelation of my subscription with tango since May this year and I received an email that the termination will enter in effect on the 16th of May. Some days ago I got charged from my bank account 34.68 EUR from tango. This is not ok! I want reimbursement!
Hello.I have a Fiber router with SFP adapter and I cannot connect it (via SFP module) directly to the Fiber white box on the wall,but it only works with WAN port and Ethernet cable via the black Tango box installed and connected to the Post white fiber outlet.Why ?How can I bypass the black box ?Thanks.
Hi,It happened to me that I waited for tango 2 afternoons, in line with the agreed Fiber installation appointments, for which nobody came. As there is a minimum 7 day period between appointments it’s been 3 weeks since the order. Tango is offering yet a 3rd appointment but for which I have not trust that it will happen. WHAT would you do? Accept 3rd time or cancel the contract?

Hello,So here’s my problem:I thought I wanted to re-set up my home network from scratch, which was in hindsight not the best idea.So I reset the Fritzbox to factory settings.Thereafter I followed the wizzard and from memory:-Selected Annex A-Selected connection with credentials-selected Luxembourg-selected Tango-selected Fibre After the connection test it says that the connection worksLater at the last step it says that it wasn’t able to check for an update (first hint that there is a problem with the connection.) In the Online tab of the fritzbox it says that I am connected to Tango fibre, I have an external IP and DNS servers.The online monitor tab shows me graphs that there is upstream and downstream. So far so good.If I want to connect with my laptop It say that there is no internet and that action from my side is required.Then a browser window pops up pointing to the url: “http://acs.tango.lu/?ip=xx.xx.xxx.xx&mac=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx” (note: I replaced the IP and mac with “x”)whi
Hi Tango, I was out on vacation for a week and since I returned yesterday, my Fiber speed is at 90-100 Mbps capped. I am a Fiber 1Gbps customer. Can you advise what changes have been made at your end causing this problem? can you kindly restore speeds to 1Gbps to my account again please? thanks!
Hello, can you kindlyREMOVE the “Location modem Internet” as I am not renting a modem from you, and REIMBOURSE me the relevant amount that you are changing me since September? The amount to be reimbursed until the 9th of January is 17,03€.to put it politely, it is at least UNPROFESSIONAL to charge me for a service I am not using.PLEASE DO NOT ADD THE “Location modem Internet” AGAIN.
