This morning when I woke up my wifi wasn't working, I checked the event logs and since 4 am that it can't connect to IPv4 or the Internet provider and it says there's a PPPoE error and other things. Is this something I can just fix by factory resetting the router? Or do I need to call someone to come have a look at it ?

I talked with an online agent and he told me that there's an issue in my zone (Souluvre, Sanem) thank you for your response!
