Canceled subscription and still charged!!


Hello! I asked for the cancelation of my subscription with tango since May this year and I received an email that the termination will enter in effect on the 16th of May. Some days ago I got charged from my bank account 34.68 EUR from tango. This is not ok! I want reimbursement!

I confirm that the termination was indeed carried out on May 16, 2022 as requested.
The invoice you have just received is the final invoice.
