Hi,It happened to me that I waited for tango 2 afternoons, in line with the agreed Fiber installation appointments, for which nobody came. As there is a minimum 7 day period between appointments it’s been 3 weeks since the order. Tango is offering yet a 3rd appointment but for which I have not trust that it will happen. WHAT would you do? Accept 3rd time or cancel the contract?
Hello, The internet connection has never since I contracted the Fiber M. From the diagnosis I see the following error, can you please let me know what to do? PPPoE error: timeout (5 times) Internet connection failed: reason for: 2 (DHCPv4 no answer on DISCOVER)Thank you.
Hello,So here’s my problem:I thought I wanted to re-set up my home network from scratch, which was in hindsight not the best idea.So I reset the Fritzbox to factory settings.Thereafter I followed the wizzard and from memory:-Selected Annex A-Selected connection with credentials-selected Luxembourg-selected Tango-selected Fibre After the connection test it says that the connection worksLater at the last step it says that it wasn’t able to check for an update (first hint that there is a problem with the connection.) In the Online tab of the fritzbox it says that I am connected to Tango fibre, I have an external IP and DNS servers.The online monitor tab shows me graphs that there is upstream and downstream. So far so good.If I want to connect with my laptop It say that there is no internet and that action from my side is required.Then a browser window pops up pointing to the url: “http://acs.tango.lu/?ip=xx.xx.xxx.xx&mac=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx” (note: I replaced the IP and mac with “x”)whi
Hello, can you kindlyREMOVE the “Location modem Internet” as I am not renting a modem from you, and REIMBOURSE me the relevant amount that you are changing me since September? The amount to be reimbursed until the 9th of January is 17,03€.to put it politely, it is at least UNPROFESSIONAL to charge me for a service I am not using.PLEASE DO NOT ADD THE “Location modem Internet” AGAIN.
Hello Tango,My speed with Tango Fiber M is around 85 Mbs ipo of the contracted 300 Mbs.I called on Dec 16th 2021 in the morning your help line and have been forwarded to a technician who told me he was checking. In the afternoon on Dec 16th, a technician called me and asked if I could stop by in Bertrange with my modem (Fritzbox 7530) to have a reset performed. I stopped by on Dec 17th in the morning and the technician performed some tests and don´t know what else. He finally showed me that the modem was performing around 270, 280 Mbs. Back at home, reinstalling the modem, the same problem showed up with only a speed around ± 85 Mbs. I already have tried powering off and on again after a few minutes the installed ONT and after that th Fritzbox, no changeCould a technician please again check out the connection and configuration of my internet access please.Thank you very much
Hello,I signed up for internet with Tango about one month ago. I signed up for Tango Fibre L, which should be giving us up to 1Gbit/s download speed. However, we are getting MUCH slower speed than that. The highest speed I've ever recorded in my testing is 300Mbit/s with an ethernet cable, and 200Mbit/s over wifi. As I'm writing this message right now, I've just recorded 70Mbit/s (it occasionally disconnects altogether, it’s pretty inconsistent).The first time I contacted Tango about this via email, I was asked to run an internet speed test…. despite me sending the exact same message as above including my internet speed test results.I then called Tango, and was told that an engineer would look into it and contact me.After not hearing anything for about a week, I called back today. I was told that they had no problems on their end and were supplying 1Gbit/s. The engineer told me that it was likely a limitation of my computer. Which I think sounds like nonsense. Hello,I have a Tango Fibre M subscription since 2017 which was 100Mbps at the time, but I’ve been informed that the speed should have been upgraded to 300Mbps. I spoke to the customer service today and they confirmed that the speed of my connection has been updated to 300Mbps in July 2021, but my connection speed is much slower than that. Below you may see the result of the speed test based on the wifi bandwidth. I am currently using a FritzBox 7560 and I see similar speeds on both my laptop and mobile phone. Hello, The previous Tenant was using Post for the internet, but I want to switch to Tango, is it possible to have the offer for the 1Gb with everything that is already installed in my apartment? Hi Tango, I was out on vacation for a week and since I returned yesterday, my Fiber speed is at 90-100 Mbps capped. I am a Fiber 1Gbps customer. Can you advise what changes have been made at your end causing this problem? can you kindly restore speeds to 1Gbps to my account again please? thanks!
Has there been any changes recently on the Router config? My home internet has stopped working, although my devices are connected to the Router SSID, I have absolutely not throughput?This is my own personal router which I configured with Tango config and was working without any issues however stopped recently.
Hello.I have an issue with low Tango Fiber bandwidth :90 Mbps download speed,while I do have a Cat8 Veetop Ethernet cable between the FritzBox 7583 and the Fiber black box on the wall.Why so slow ???My network card is 1Gbps and i am on cable, not even on WiFi.Thanks in advance !

Dear tango,I have subscribed fibre tango L, and the technician came to my appartment and installed the ONT and modem. Unfortunately, the ‘alarm’ indicator light is always red (in ONT), so I have no internet now but I do not know what went wrong. The techincian said that tango will activate my line maybe in 3-4 days, but i have checked the state of my line which is active.I would like to ask whether the internet will be back in 3-4 days automatically? or we need to make an other appointment for techicial intervention? Hello, since 2h ago I can’t connect to Internet. Yesterday I found some minor issues with packets and DNS resolving (and I messaged you), but Today no connection at all. The error message is: [CHAP authentication failure]. I already tried to restart the router multiple times. What should I do? ThanksA
