Yesterday I was contacted by a tango agent by phone, and we agreed on creating a new contract for an apartment I am moving in next month. The agent stated certain conditions on the phone, which I expected to receive by mail after our conversation, so that I could agree (or not) with them and sign a contract. What happened instead is that I got an appointment for a technician to make the first installation, but no contract. Does this mean that the contract will still arrive? Certainly without a contract first I have no guarantee that the verbally expressed conditions are accurate, therefore I would not need a technician appointment. Please let me know what should I do in this case.

Dear @gilcu3

I note that you have already contacted customer service for your request.
I hope everything was clarified during your conversation with the agent on the phone.
I remain at your disposal for any other information if necessary

KInd regards

Dear @Diana. :

The conversation with the agent did clarify the situation regarding fees, and early termination of contract. One point which remained unsolved though, was the actual sending of the contract. It seems that for some technical reason it cannot be obtained. Is there any solution to that? If there is not I will need to cancel and open another contract, one that I can actually read, agree and sign.

Kind Regards
