Hello, 

The internet connection has never since I contracted the Fiber M. From the diagnosis I see the following error, can you please let me know what to do? 

  • PPPoE error: timeout (5 times)
  • Internet connection failed: reason for: 2 (DHCPv4 no answer on DISCOVER)

I would like to investigate furthermore and see where the error is coming from,

I’d need your customer number to access your profile in our database.
