Delay in ransferring subscription and number, it's been almost a month

Increasing tango bill

During last months Tango start sending to me increasing bill account, adding new amount in Communication row - Telechargements (logos, App store) with 18 euros each month. I don’t use these Applications by the way

Issues with mobile internet

Hi, for the past 3 days the Internet on my phone is not working properly. I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes. It feels like a restriction more than a tech issue. I have the XL+ package with supposedly should be unlimited Internet. Would anyone be able to assist/advise me please?Thank you.

Cannot access to internet the fisrt day after installation

Dear tango,I have subscribed fibre tango L, and the technician came to my appartment and installed the ONT and modem. Unfortunately, the ‘alarm’ indicator light is always red (in ONT), so I have no internet now but I do not know what went wrong. The techincian said that tango will activate my line maybe in 3-4 days, but i have checked the state of my line which is active.I would like to ask whether the internet will be back in 3-4 days automatically? or we need to make an other appointment for techicial intervention? Best regards,Yaxiong

New connection without Internet for 3 days! What's next?

Hello,Since last Thursday when your technician installed a new fiber line in our new house/adress, we are trying to setup our new Frintzbox with your technical service, we have spent several hours with them and nobody seems to care about it. They are always saying that they will call us back but they never do!So, what are we supposed to do??????? Can someone please help us and push the correct internet settings to our box? All lights are green (ONT and Fritzbox power/dsl & WLAN), but there is no Internet.I hope this is solved….Angeliki

5G Coverage on iPhone 12 Pro

I got the new iPhone 12 Pro bought directly from Apple. I just swapped my SIM card but my phone doesn’t seem to be finding any 5G signal after driving around Luxembourg (Belair, Kirchberg, Foetz, Howald).  what is coverage like? Is there a coverage map? Do I need to do anything to activate 5G since I didn’t buy the iPhone from Tango? im on Smart XXL plan which says it should get 5G Max speed.

Country blocked

Hello. I have a "Country blocked" issue.Two years ago, as replacement for a misfunctioning Tango TV component with my Tango Internet subscription, I had to switch to another provider for the TV part (LOL TV mobile). That TV functionality worked fine almost for two years using my Tango Fibre Internet connection with my Android smart phone (Wifi), my Android tablet (Wifi) or an Android TV box (either Wifi or Ethernet cable) connected to a large screen. Unfortunately, since last Friday, the TV app only plays channels from my smallest screen, the smart phone, either through Wifi or 4G. With the two other devices, tablet and TVbox, the TV app fails to login to the network, with an error message "country blocked" or "please check your Internet connection", although my Internet and Wifi is perfectly OK for all other tasks. All suggestions to solve the problem failed: clear app cache; reinstall app; android factory reset; reboot Fritzbox; check external IP address, which is confirmed to be in

Unsolicited change in internet connection

My internet connection package was Tango Fibre L (at Eur 49.99 + Eur 4.99 for communication package). In May 2021 this was changed automatically and without any explanation to Tango Fibre M (at Eur 54.00 + Eur 4.99 for communication package). Can you kindly explain why my internet is now more expensive and less performant? Why aren’t such changes communicated to the client? I have already written to you three weeks ago (if not more) under case number **** . My question on this point was ignored.

Installation and configuration of the router

Hello, For our case with number [CASE:*****] we didn't received an answer so I'm trying to get here a response. In our building the Post installed the fiber but we can't configure the router or the connection with Tango's PON we already have. We would like to request a technician visit to configure the router and make our internet connection available as soon as possible since we are working from home. Please let us know when this would be possible?Merci !

Username and Password for PPPoE setup

Hi,Couple requests…For a couple weeks now, I can’t seem to get more than 200Mbps down/up on my line.  It should be the L package, signed up for 600Mbps and I believe is meant to be upgraded to 1Gbps now.  We’re getting nowhere near 600 at the moment.  Fritzbox is connected. I want to change our router, so will need the PPPoE setup instructions from you… username/password/VLAN/any other critical information.Many thanksJohn

Slow download speeds, limited upload

Hello, Since the beginning I have never had speeds that go over 700 mbps download and 500 mbps for upload.I know that my router is not the cause as it was tested on a different gigabit network and achieves normal speeds (932 download, 800+ upload).Is there any special configurations that need to be made on the router to get desired speeds?Router is https://www.asus.com/Networking-IoT-Servers/Whole-Home-Mesh-WiFi-System/AiMesh-WiFi-Routers-and-Systems/RT-AX82U/techspec/
