Hello,

Since last Thursday when your technician installed a new fiber line in our new house/adress, we are trying to setup our new Frintzbox with your technical service, we have spent several hours with them and nobody seems to care about it. They are always saying that they will call us back but they never do!

So, what are we supposed to do??????? Can someone please help us and push the correct internet settings to our box? All lights are green (ONT and Fritzbox power/dsl & WLAN), but there is no Internet.

I hope this is solved….

Hello,

Yes, finally the internet connection is working.

However, after a wifi speedtest from my mobile (close to the router), revealed 300 mbps down, 340 Up. I will do further test with a a pc and LAN cable as this is too low at the moment….
