Hi, I was browsing tango contracts, and saw that the Unlimited contract no longer seems to be limited to 60GB. Can someone at Tango confirm to me that the Smart Unlimited contract is now truly unlimited, and has no limits after which the speed will be reduced anymore?Thanks
Dear Tango Support team, I’d like to ask some questions about the Apple Watch Cellular availability in Luxembourg. Unfortunately it is currently not possible to buy an Apple Watch with a Cellular dataplan in Luxembourg (although the concept of the cellular+gps watch has been around for a long time).Isn’t it technically possible to buy an Apple Watch Cellular+GPS online and put an e-sim on it at one of your Tango shops? You offer e-sims for smartphones but is it also possible to put it on an Apple watch? And may it be possible to have two esims (iphone + apple watch) and only one dataplan or two dataplans with the same price? Thank you! Best regards,Samir

Hello,Yesterday, we had our 2 mobile phone lines of the family transferred from POST to Tango to take advantage of the new infitity offers. However, after activiating our SIM cards we noticed that we have no signal at all in our place. Basically in almost all areas of the village we leave (Eisenborn) there no good reception. Inside the house the signal is zero and only if I get to the attic I can get 1 or 2 bars. On top of that, Tango network it seems that does not support VoWiFi in our devices (Samsung A70 and Huawei P30 lite). Is there a solution for that or we have to switch back to POST?Many thanks!
Bonjour,I have a SIM with infinity share (20 euro), and I received two messages saying that I have to use 2 additional packages of 5 euro = 500 mb because I used more than 4 Gb (see screenshots). As you can see from my screenshots, the phone says that I used 6.37 Gb for Instagram that should be included in the Infinity offer. I see only reels and they don’t come from external websites, since are saved in Instagram servers. Is there any issue?ThanksA
Hello,My phone line has been suspended as of last week due to the non-payment of the last three invoices.As I am currently outside Luxembourg, I have been trying to pay my invoices by bank card using the My online bill service on the Tango site.I have tried to register and I introduced my client number in the requested field several times, but I did not receive the password that would allow me to open an account. For this reason, I have been unable to make the payment of the three outstanding invoices. I’ve moved out of Luxembourg and need to cancel my Tango number, as well as transfer a number to another account holder. I’ve been trying to do this for many weeks now - I’ve sent in the documents my post, contacted Tango through the online forms and called Tango multiple times. Whenever I call, Tango customer service has repeatedly told me they will call me back to further help, but never have. This is very, very frustrating customer service - is there another means of contacting Tango to have this taken care of?
Hey, I have a share inifinity(20€) subscription but my Tango app shows wrong data. See the attached screenshots. Usually there should be 5Gb a month and additionally Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music should be included in the list of apps. Is it possible to fix this issue in a future app update? Hello,My internet is highly unstable recently, it disconnects randomly during the day. 4g is always available and network connection is always strong, but pages just seem to refuse to load sometimes. It may work after a restart for some time, only to give me a network error later.Could anyone assist me with this problem?Thank you.

Hi, for the past 3 days the Internet on my phone is not working properly. I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes. It feels like a restriction more than a tech issue. I have the XL+ package with supposedly should be unlimited Internet. Would anyone be able to assist/advise me please?Thank you.
I got the new iPhone 12 Pro bought directly from Apple. I just swapped my SIM card but my phone doesn’t seem to be finding any 5G signal after driving around Luxembourg (Belair, Kirchberg, Foetz, Howald). what is coverage like? Is there a coverage map? Do I need to do anything to activate 5G since I didn’t buy the iPhone from Tango? im on Smart XXL plan which says it should get 5G Max speed.

Hello,my phone bill increased recently. I thought it was due to more frequent international calls but after checking my invoice, I realised Tango switched my cell phone contract WITHOUT asking for my confirmation!It switched from ‘Tango K.O.’ with Internet Mobile L included for 18 € per month to ‘Tango Smart XL’ for 50 € per month 2 months ago without my consent! This is a monthly increase by 32 €.I hereby request to undo this transition and I am also asking for a refund of the difference I paid too much during the past 2 months of 64 € (= 32 € x 2 months).Kind regards
