I got the new iPhone 12 Pro bought directly from Apple. I just swapped my SIM card but my phone doesn’t seem to be finding any 5G signal after driving around Luxembourg (Belair, Kirchberg, Foetz, Howald). what is coverage like? Is there a coverage map? Do I need to do anything to activate 5G since I didn’t buy the iPhone from Tango? im on Smart XXL plan which says it should get 5G Max speed.
I’ve moved out of Luxembourg and need to cancel my Tango number, as well as transfer a number to another account holder. I’ve been trying to do this for many weeks now - I’ve sent in the documents my post, contacted Tango through the online forms and called Tango multiple times. Whenever I call, Tango customer service has repeatedly told me they will call me back to further help, but never have. This is very, very frustrating customer service - is there another means of contacting Tango to have this taken care of?
I have an ongoing case, I cannot receive calls after my sim was switched to prepaid after I cancelled my subscription. (The person calling hears a message saying "This number does not exist".)I can call people but they can not call me.I was told (by you) to charge my card with money, because it was locked, which was not the case because I was still receiving texts.Now that I have money on my card, it’s still not working and I’ve wasted my money.Please give me a real solution. And do call my number before telling me it works, thank you.
Hello,I have sent contact form, My case - [CASE: 727808].I lost my PIN code, so now can’t open my phone. I have not yet registered for ‘’WebBilling’’ so I can not go to my account and recover it through there. In order to register I need my account number which I have, but password is being sent to my phone which I can’t open, I have not received anything via e-mail. Hello, i wanted to ask about tango sim abroad, do I need to activate it somehow? I went to other Europe country and I can not call anyone and nobody can reach me, but connection levels on the mobile shows full service.. when i try to call, it beeps once and says “call failed”. What can it be? Mobile internet still works. Thanks.
