No GSM coverage

Hello,Yesterday, we had our 2 mobile phone lines of the family transferred from POST to Tango to take advantage of the new infitity offers. However, after activiating our SIM cards we noticed that we have no signal at all in our place. Basically in almost all areas of the village we leave (Eisenborn) there no good reception. Inside the house the signal is zero and only if I get to the attic I can get 1 or 2 bars. On top of that, Tango network it seems that does not support VoWiFi in our devices (Samsung A70 and Huawei P30 lite). Is there a solution for that or we have to switch back to POST?Many thanks!

Bonjour.Je continue de recevoir des textos de part du numéro “42xxx xxx xxx xx” comme quoi je devrait payer 5 EUR frais pour un “colis” a travers du lien:( modifié par un modérateur) Y a-t-il des mesures prises par Tango pour arrêter ce type de campagnes ?Merci

Have no contract but received an invoice

I just received an invoice for Abonnements Tango Smart+, but I never asked for or signed such an contract. How is that possible?

Tango app shows wrong data

Hey, I have a share inifinity(20€) subscription but my Tango app shows wrong data. See the attached screenshots. Usually there should be 5Gb a month and additionally Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music should be included in the list of apps. Is it possible to fix this issue in a future app update? Thank you Best,nimo
