How do you unsubscribe from notifications?Tutorial

You receive an e-mail notification when someone replies to a topic you have started or commented on. Here's how to disable these notifications.Setting up your notifications You will receive notifications on topics or categories you have selected as Favorites. Topics you have started are set as Favorites by default. You can change this in your profile/setting.NB: This will not unsubscribe you if you have subscribed to an entire category. In this case, go to the category and click "unsubscribe" in the upper right-hand corner in the category overview.Unsubscribing from specific topics You can also unsubscribe from notifications sent when a post is updated.  Simply click the "Subscribe" button at the bottom of the post. How to attach images and videos to your post?Tutorial

Here's how to add images and videos to your post.   Uploading images You can upload images from your PC to your post by clicking on the small photo icon when you write your post. All common file formats for images are supported (.png, .jpg, .gif) Once the upload is complete, you can leave the image as an attachment (after clicking on the paper clip), or embed it in your post. Adding a video Add a video by clicking on the film button “Ajouter un media”. Videos can be from YouTube, Vimeo or Dailymotion. Make sure you paste the original video URL. How do you report inappropriate content?Tutorial

If you come across a topic or comment that you think should be reported, click on the three dots at the bottom right of a post and click "Signaler". Cases where topics or comments should be reported: Spam Advertising Commercial solicitation Harassment Private information (e-mail address, phone number, etc.) Any other content in conflict with our Terms and Conditions If in doubt, please report the content. How do you edit one of your posts?Tutorial

If you made a mistake when writing your post, or if you just want to add more information, then you can do so by following these steps: Go to the post you want to edit Move your mouse over the 3 dots in the lower right corner Click "Modifier"   NB: When you're new to the community, the time during which you can edit a post is limited to 60 minutes. Higher-ranked users have no limit when it comes to editing their posts. If there is private information in your post that you wish to remove, please report the post to a moderator. How do you create a new topic/ask a new question?Tutorial

Step 1: Use the search engine at the top of the forum to check if your question is already being discussed in an existing topic.Step 2: Find the right place for your topic. Select the category that corresponds to your question.  For example: If your question is about your mobile subscription, post your question here.
