Hello and welcome to the Tango forum community
Here are five tips that will help you get off to a good start:
Tip 1: Complete your profile information
By adding more information to your profile, you increase your chances of receiving quick and effective answers.
To complete your profile information, go to the "My Profile" page.
A profile photo (you can add a photo of yourself or of what you like)
A signature (a phrase that will appear at the bottom of all your posts)
The country and city you are from
Tip 2: Don't be afraid to ask
Sometimes new users are afraid to ask questions. Don't be shy, there are no bad questions and you'll surely be helping other users! Similarly, if you don't understand an answer, or if it's too technical, don't hesitate to ask for clarification.
Tip 3: Do a search before starting a new post
Do you have a question? Another member may have already asked it! We therefore recommend that you ask your question in the search engine before starting a new topic.
The search bar is at the top of every page!
Of course, if you don't find the answer you're looking for, don't hesitate to create a new topic.
Tip 4: Detail your question
If you have a question or problem, provide as much information as possible. This will help other users understand exactly what you want to know. For example, name the offer or the modem that your question relates to. Feel free to specify the stage at which you don't know how to proceed. Add images and videos to your question. NB: Never publish private information (phone number, e-mail address, etc.). This is a public community and anyone could use this information.
Tip 5: Be patient and don't spam
It may take a while for a user who knows the answer to your question to respond. Be patient and don't post the same question in multiple categories. This will only cause confusion and irritate other members of the community.
Tip 6: Read the community charter HERE
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to post them!
