Cancelling my subscription (Phone + Internet)

Hello, 

I need to cancel my subscription because I am moving out of the country on Feb 18. I called the agents at 800 7777 and requested a call back with an English-speaking agent, however no one has called back. 

 

Could someone please call me back urgently or help me do this online?
