Before moving abroad, give preference to transferring your mobile, Internet and TV lines to some of your relatives or to the person taking over your home. By doing so, you will avoid all termination charges.
However, if you wish to terminate your subscription, please call Customer Service for instructions on the steps to follow.
If you terminate your Internet or TV line, an administrative charge of €79 will apply. In addition, don't forget that you may be billed an early termination charge depending on your contractual commitments.
