I have internet subscription and sim card. However I moved away from Luxembourg. I need to close internet subscription but sim card needs to stay open. In order to close internet subscription, I returned Fritzbox and opened CASE:xxxxxx. In case my de-registration pdf is attached.

I still have no update in my case. I left a week ago and still couldn’t terminate my subscription. Though I already did what you explained.

I opened closing request at 11th of March and the work is still being delayed. I hope you won't charge me for your speed of work.
