Hi. I want to cancel the Tango TV subscription. It's still in trial period. I wanted my kid to watch cartoons to improve his language. But it seems he did’t watch too much.

I have already summited request through the contact form about two days ago. The case number is 1281962. I havn’t got response yet. What should I do next?
