Request your help in cancelling my TV subscription. The store salesman say it is available online on the profile but I could not find any such option. I have created a case via forms. Posting on community.Really appreciate a quick response.

I have already submitted a request via forms and the email I got suggested to put in a request via this community channel. Seems to be a loop here. No one has yet reached out to solve the issue from Tango. Kindly advise what would be the next step.
