Hello dear Tango

I am currently visiting Sri Lanka
I have a Tango mobile phone and phone subscription.
If my friend from Luxembourg who has a Luxembourg mobile phone calls me on my Tango mobile phone, will I have to pay to receive this call?
If it does cost a lot of money, is there a way or a Tango Plan to reduce the cost?
