I need some support to cancel my mobile contract and insurance. I’ve moved from Luxembourg for a long time already and reduced mobile contract. I kept the insurance as I would have to pay a penalty if not but I have to cancel ASAP before Tango renews it automatically….

Tried by phone several times and could not connect or the call was transferred and never pickup again. Send a request by form and the only answer I got was informing the case was closed?

Please contact my by e-mail as I don’t use my Tango number anymore.
