Issues with mobile internet

Hi, for the past 3 days the Internet on my phone is not working properly. I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes. It feels like a restriction more than a tech issue. I have the XL+ package with supposedly should be unlimited Internet. Would anyone be able to assist/advise me please?

Thank you for your prompt support. Since your contact yesterday, I have not experienced any further issues with the Internet.

Good morning, 

After checking your line, I can’t find any issue.

Could you please try to make a reset of your network settings.

If the issue persists please try to put your SIM card in an other device or I will send you a new SIM card.
