No one is responding to activate my internet- case number- (27470175)

I have been chasing since 14th July,2021 to activate internet at my home. I have already called so many times but same response that someone will contact me in upcoming week. It has already been a month and I am struggling as work from home is going on. What am I supposed to do next? It seems like an endless loop and I am losing hope.
