What is the best approach to changing ISP without experiencing any downtime of connection or minimising it? I have a Fritzbox currently and a Poste account but I would like to move over to Tango to centralise all my bills for Telecoms.

We need the following information from your current provider:
- An old bill or contract stipulating your customer number
- The exact subscriber name of the internet contract
