can you kindly

  1. REMOVE the “Location modem Internet” as I am not renting a modem from you, and
  2. REIMBOURSE me the relevant amount that you are changing me since September? The amount to be reimbursed until the 9th of January is 17,03€.

to put it politely, it is at least UNPROFESSIONAL to charge me for a service I am not using.

  1. PLEASE DO NOT ADD THE “Location modem Internet” AGAIN.
