Last Friday I was supposed to have my FRITZ! Box installed, however once the Post operator was gone and the Tango technician arrived he informed me that the pre-installation made by Post was unfinished and therefore I still don’t have wifi.

I still haven’t been contacted by Tango to solve this issue and I am in an urgent need of wifi as I am working from home.
