Customer care would have enabled my Dynamic Public IP Address, however after 2 days wait and several reboots, I’m still on CGNat IP address. Can you help me?

I’ve disabled and enabled the public dynamic ip address and this should solve the issue.


Works like a charm, exposed hosts, vpns, the lot. Many thanks for your help.

the public dynamic IP service is enabled on your line since 25/10 9:34AM.

 

For any further information, you should directly check with an IT or with www.AVM.de (Fritzbox’s constructor)

Could you please explain why, after several restarts of my FritzBox, my IP address is still in the CGNAT range? As I understand it, an IP in the CGNAT range isn’t a public IP. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
