Every time I try to get the location of my son with the watch Xplora X6, I get an error that said: Impossible to update the location, it doesn’t matter if he’s outside or at home with the WIFI, we had enable Roaming, WIFI and Bluetooth but we got the same error. Do you have any idea of any extra configuration that we need to apply? I would need also the configuration of the APN

After some check-ups of the line, I couldn’t find any blocking or wrong configuration. You need to check with Xplora directly.
