A quality connection is essential in order to enjoy uninterrupted TV services. This article provides step-by-step solutions for common connectivity issues that can negatively affect your viewing experience.
Wi-Fi connection and stability (unable to connect via Wi-Fi or unstable Wi-Fi)
If the "No Internet connection" error message appears, select the "Use offline" option, check the Wi-Fi configuration (select the "Home" button then "Settings") of your TV Box and make sure it is correctly configured with the login and password. After configuration, restart your TV Box for the changes to take effect.

If the Wi-Fi is unstable, start by connecting your TV Box using an Ethernet cable for a direct connection. If this is not possible and the Wi-Fi quality is poor, check that the Wi-Fi signal strength is sufficient, using the MyTango speed test app.
If the speed is below 8 Mbps, consider improving your Wi-Fi with a repeater or Powerline outlets to improve the signal. You can order these repeaters on the MyTangoApp in the ‘speed’ section.

If you have trouble connecting, make sure your username and password are correct when you sign in to your Google account. Make sure the password is visible when typing to avoid mistakes.
If you still can't sign in, reset your password and try again. If you need assistance, contact customer service by calling 800 77 777.
