I no longer get a picture on my TV

Do you see a blue, black, grey or pixelated screen?
 

  • Check that your decoder is properly plugged in and switched on.

The indicator light of the decoder box is blue and an HDMI cable connects the decoder to your TV.

 

  • Check that you are on the right source on your TV.

Press the AV, AUX, EXT, Source, Input or HDMI button on your TV remote (not the Tango TV remote) to check that you are on the correct TV source.

 

  • Test another HDMI source on the TV and/or another HDMI cable and port

If it still doesn't work, come and have your decoder tested in our Tango Bertrange point of sale (Details and opening hours). If your decoder is faulty, it will be immediately replaced free of charge.
