Premature disappearance of a VOD

Step 1: Confirm the duration of access to the rented or purchased VOD. Make sure the content is in the viewing window.
Step 2: If an error code appears or the video on demand is not accessible after the rental period has expired, write down the code so as to forward it to customer service.
Step 3: Contact customer service with your video-on-demand transaction details and any error codes for assistance and resolution.
Unable to watch a live program (AppleTV) (Code P18)

Step 1: If you have difficulty watching a live program on AppleTV and you see error code P18, first unplug/disconnect your AppleTV 4K.

Programs in black in the AppleTV guide

If you notice that some past programs in your AppleTV guide are highlighted in black and cannot be replayed, this is due to restrictions set by the channel provider, which cannot be changed by Tango.
Problems connecting to MyTangoTV Plus (Mobile/Tablet)

Step 1: Check the login details you received when registering.
Step 2: Make sure you are using your main line liked to the TV app.
Be sure to display the password in plain text as you type it to confirm that it is correct. If you have lost or mislaid your login details, call us on 800 77 777 to have them resent via SMS.
