 For security reasons, SIM and eSIM cards sent based on an order on our Tango.lu website are initially blocked to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.

 

Before you can use your line, you will have to go through the following steps to unblock it:

 

  1. Log in to your my.tango.lu customer area and create an account if you don't already have one.
  2. Click on the link in the red banner on the home page OR go to the "Manage my lines" category.
  3. Click on "Details" on the corresponding line, then on the "Yes/No" cursor next to the blocked line. When the cursor is on "No", the line is unblocked.
