To guarantee an enriching and personalized TV experience, it's essential to know and safeguard the various codes that activate and protect your access to your Tango TV Box.
 

Which codes do I need?

 

A purchase PIN code

This unique and personal code will be requested when you rent a video from our wide range of video-on-demand (VOD) services, or when you subscribe to additional channel packages.

Keep it in a safe place.

 

A parental control PIN code

The parental PIN code unblocks content blocked by parental control.

 

Where can I find these codes?

  • Existing customers: If you are an existing customer that we are migrating to a new service or offer, you will receive your activation codes by post or email. 
  • New customers: If you are subscribing to a Tango TV Box service for the first time, your codes will be sent to you by SMS.
  • Lost codes: If you lose your codes or can't find them, it's important to contact our Customer Service (by calling 800 777 77), who will send you your codes by SMS or email.
