To ensure an enriching and personalized TV experience, it is essential to understand and secure the different codes that activate and protect your access to your Tango TV Box or MyTangoTV Plus.

What codes do I need?

 

For your TV Box:

  • The Purchase PIN Code:

This unique and personal code will be required when you rent a video from our wide range of on-demand videos (VOD) or when you subscribe to additional channel packages.
Keep it in a safe place.

 

The Parental Control PIN Code:
The parental PIN code allows you to unlock content blocked by parental control.

 

Where can I find these codes?

Your codes were sent to you by mail or email on the day of your order in-store or via customer service.
If you have lost your codes, contact our Customer Service (by calling 800 77 777), and we will resend your codes via SMS or email.

 

  • For your MyTangoTV Plus app:

Your identifier was sent to you by email and SMS when you subscribed.
Your password is the same as the one used for your MyTango account. If you forget it, click on "Forgot Password."

 

On request (by calling 800 77 777), our Customer Service department can send you the codes by SMS.
