If your mobile offer no longer suits you, you can easily upgrade your offer according to your needs. If you no longer use your line, you can transfer it to a relative so that they can benefit from it.
Each case is unique but a charge may apply following your termination request:
- Commitment fees corresponding to the remaining months of commitment
- Equipment-related charges (telephone, tablet, modem, etc.)
