When you subscribe, you'll receive messages explaining how to access your Digital Press Service.

The International Digital Press Service
Thanks to our partner Cafeyn, access a large number of international publications* (newspapers, news magazines, celebrities, youth, sport, cooking, sciences, travel, etc.) in French, English, Italian and Portuguese, optimized to allow you to read the press wherever and whenever you want, even offline.

How do I activate my Digital Press Service?

On the home page of your MyTango app, click on "Add an option".
Digital Press Services compatible with your subscription will be available for activation directly in your app.
For each Digital Press Service activated, you will receive a unique and personal link by text message allowing you to create your customer account on the portal of our partners (Tageblatt, Le Quotidien, Cafeyn, Luxemburger Wort and Luxemburger Times).
Please note: this link is only valid for 60 days.
Once on our partners' portal :
- Cafeyn :
Create your account by entering an e-mail address and setting a password.
- Luxemburger Wort & Luxembourg Times
Enter the voucher code received by text message and then create your account by entering an e-mail address and setting a password.
Once your account has been created, you will be immediately redirected to our partner's Digital Press portal.
For easier access to the service, consider downloading the Tageblatt/Le Quotidien, Cafeyn Luxemburger Wort or Luxembourg Times mobile apps
To access English, French or Italian publications with Cafeyn, you will need to change the language directly in the dedicated app.
Can I use my access on several devices?
International Digital Press Service - Cafeyn:
- Up to 5 devices can be connected simultaneously to the same customer account.
How do I change/reset my password?
International Digital Press Service - Cafeyn:
It is not possible to update your password in the mobile app. You will need to visit our partner's website www.cafeyn.co:
- Change password
- Click on "Login" and use your login and password to connect to your account.
- Once logged in, click on "My Account", then on "Change my password".
- The new password must contain at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
- Reset password
- Click on "Login" and then "Forgotten password".
- Enter the e-mail address used to create your account
- A new password will be sent to this e-mail address
- Use this new password to log in to your account and change it as described above.
What should you do if you already have a Tageblatt/Le Quotidien or Cafeyn customer account

When creating your customer account through Tango, you will be invited to contact our partners to modify your account.

Who can I contact if I have a problem?
The management of your Digital Press customer accounts is handled directly by our partners Tageblatt/Le Quotidien and Cafeyn. If you have any problems accessing your Digital Press account (forgotten password, incorrect login, publications not displayed, etc.), please contact our partners directly via your account homepage or via the following contacts:

What happens if you terminate your Tango subscription?
If you terminate your Tango line, you will no longer be able to benefit from the Digital Press Service:
- For the National Digital Press Service - Tageblatt/Le Quotidien:
- Your access will remain active until the anniversary date.
- For the International Digital Press Service - Cafeyn:
- Your access will remain active until the end of the current month.
Can I terminate my Digital Press Service?
It is not possible to terminate only the Digital Press Services that are included as benefits in your Tango mobile subscription. Your service will stop automatically if you terminate your Tango subscription or switch to a subscription that does not include Digital Press Services as a benefit.

What languages are available?

- Le portail de notre partenaire Cafeyn est disponible en français, anglais et italien et permet d’accéder à un grand nombre de publications internationales dans ces langues.
On which devices can I access Digital Press Services?
Digital Press Services are available on tablets and smartphones (Android and iOS) or on PCs on the website or the chosen device's mobile app. For greater convenience and more regular contact with your Digital Press Office, we recommend that you download the Tageblatt, Le Quotidien or Cafeyn mobile app, available on Android and App Store.
How can I store articles for later reading on National Digital Press Services?
IOS: a "paperclip" under the header of each item allows you to save an article. This article is stored in the "Favorites" section of the top-left menu in the app. To remove an article from your favorites, simply press the paperclip again under the photo of the article concerned.
Android: the principle is identical, but the symbol used to designate a favorite article is a star at the top right of the article.
Can I use Digital Press Services without an Internet connection?
- Service de Presse Digitale Nationale - Tageblatt/Le Quotidien: As access to the service is "real time" access to the Tageblatt or Le Quotidien website and app, it requires a permanent internet connection.
- International Digital Press Service - Cafeyn: yes, it's possible. You can download publications to read offline, but only on the Cafeyn mobile app.
Can I access older publications?
- National Digital Press Service - Tageblatt/Le Quotidien:
- The service provides access to Premium content reserved for subscribers, but does not include access to the newspaper's E-Paper publications. Access to E-Paper editions requires the activation of another subscription package. For further information, please contact the customer service of the media concerned.
- International Digital Press Service - Cafeyn:
- yes, up to 50 old publications.
Is there a limit to the number of publications I can download?
- National Digital Press Service - Tageblatt/Le Quotidien:
- There's no limit to the number of articles you can store in "Favorites".
- International Digital Press Service - Cafeyn:
- There is no limit to the number of publications you can download.
Is there a expiry date for reading magazines?
- National Digital Press Service - Tageblatt/Le Quotidien:
- There is no time limit for reading published articles.
- International Digital Press Service - Cafeyn:
- There is no time limit for reading published articles.

How is my personal data collected?
Tango does not exchange any personal customer data with its partners.
How can I access or rectify my personal data?
For the National Digital Press Service, access to personal data is possible by sending an e-mail to dpo@editpress.lu.
