Call quality varies depending on several parameters:
- Your SIM card
If you experience repeated problems, know that you can obtain a new SIM card in one of our points of sale. Note that some of our points of sale are open on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., notably in Bascharage, Bettembourg (Cactus) and Foetz (Cora).
- Your mobile
Don't hesitate to switch off your mobile from time to time in order to reset the network settings.
- Your location
Call quality may be influenced by where you are (insulating walls, underground, an area with weak coverage).
Also, your line may have been blocked on request (following a theft, loss, etc.), or due to non-payment of a bill or insufficient credit if you are using a prepaid card.
Tango Tip: test your SIM card with another mobile and make a call. This will tell you whether it is the mobile or the network that is the cause of the problem.
