Some users of mobile phones, particularly Android phones such as Xiaomi, Oppo or Huawei, may experience difficulties connecting to the 4G network, on very rare occasions.
In this case, check your APN settings. In fact, these must be empty for you to be able to benefit from the 4G mobile network in all circumstances.

These settings are generated by default by your mobile phone, but must be deleted to allow the mobile network to work on your device.
Depending on your phone model, the way to configure your APN may vary. Here are a few tips to help you:
- Go to your phone settings, then to mobile data settings, network settings or SIM card settings.
- Next, click on your SIM card, or on Tango
- You should find an "Access point name" or "APN" menu.
- Check that the "Proxy" and "Port" fields are empty in the Internet settings.
