Option 1: Repair your phone in 24 hours with Tango Express Repair by DIL

 

Need to repair your smartphone quickly? Take advantage of the Tango Express Repair by DIL service, exclusive to Tango Mobile customers. Your phone will be taken care of and repaired in just 24 hours.

To use this service, complete your request online.

 

The steps :

1. Fill in the fields with your personal details.

 

2. Fill in your phone's details: Make sure you have all the necessary information about your phone, including the model and the IMEI or Serial Number*.

 

*Providing a valid IMEI number when requesting repair of your phone can help speed up the repair process.

 

There are several ways to obtain your phone's IMEI number.
- Dial *#06# and the IMEI will automatically appear on the screen.
- The IMEI is written on the back of the phone or on the SIM card holder.
- The IMEI is usually shown on the purchase invoice or the original box.


3. Select the date that suits you best for dropping off your phone.

 

4. Review and confirm: Check all the information and confirm the repair request. All you have to do is go to the DIL REPAIR CENTER, 211 Rue des Romains, 8041 in Bertrange to drop off your phone.

 


 
 
Option 2: Drop off your phone at one of our Tango points of sale (if the DIL Express Repair Centre is too far from your home).

 

Your phone is guaranteed for 24 months. We'll take care of the repair if you bought it from Tango. Go to one of our points of sale to have your mobile repaired in a minimum of 5 days.

 
To prepare to drop off your phone at a point of sale:

To start the repair procedure, take your purchase invoice, your phone and its accessories with you. Your phone will be repaired in a minimum of 5 days.

 

Under warranty (valid for 2 years after the purchase of your mobile), repairs to your phone (excluding accessories and battery) are covered under certain conditions.
 

Outside the warranty period, you will be responsible for the repair costs.


 
 
Obtain a loan mobile phone (recommended if you opt for option 2).

 

The loan of a mobile phone only concerns customers who have bought their phone with a Tango subscription.

 

To get a loan mobile :

Tango cannot guarantee a loan phone for repair shipments. This depends on the availability of loan phones and their distribution in the various Tango points of sale. This service is available to customers with Baloise "Formule Plus" insurance. If you don't have insurance, you'll have to pay for this service.


Please note: If the loan device is not returned on time or if the device is returned damaged, Tango will be entitled to charge the sale price for the mobile device.
