You can adjust many of your voicemail settings directly from your phone line.
1. Change the language
Dial 700 on your mobile.
Next, from the main menu, choose option 3 to personalize your voicemail. Then press 2 to change the language of your mailbox and finally press the number that corresponds to the language you want:
- Letzebuergesch
- Deutsch
- Français
- English
- Português
2. Change the features
Dial 700; you can then:
- Personalize your greeting message (option 4)
- Protect your voicemail with a security code (option 3)
- Enable notification of missed calls (option 3)
- Enable or disable the possibility to leave a message (option 3)
- Change the language of your voicemail (option 3)
3. Change the length of time before your calls are forwarded to your voicemail
Dial **61*00352691000700**, followed by the number in seconds and #
For the number in seconds, choose a multiple of 10.
4. Personalize how your voicemail is triggered
Call forwarding on no answer:
- Activate call forwarding: *61*+352691000700*20 #
- Disable call forwarding: ##61#
- Temporarily deactivate call forwarding: #61#
- Reactivate call forwarding: *61#
- Check call forwarding: *#61#
Call forwarding when unreachable:
- Activate call forwarding: *62*+352691000700#
- Disable call forwarding: ##62#
- Temporarily deactivate call transfer: #62#
- Reactivate call transfer: *62#
- Check call transfer: *#6#
Call forwarding on busy (when you are already on the line):
- Activate call forwarding: *67*+352691000700#
- Disable call forwarding: ##67#
- Temporarily deactivate call forwarding: #67#

5. Check your voicemail
- From Luxembourg: dial 700 on your mobile.
- From abroad: dial +352 691 000 700 from your mobile.
