Still no public ip after paying for more than a year


I have been paying for more than a year for a public IP and still i am receiving a private ip from tango. I have tried calling, the chat, going to the store, yet you refuse to fix it. This is incredible, I demand that this gets fixed immediately and I am reimbursed for the fees paid so far.
