Received bill for disconnected line

I have disconnected my tango internet line - *******- Tango Fixe - from 4th September,2021.

 

I have received the rent amount with the September bill, please close the line and refund.

After checking your file I can’t see the fees of the modem. 

The invoice of September is not generated yet.
