First of all, i have been trying to get a proper reply from you for 3 weeks. Steve on facebook redirected me to a form. The people from the form redirected me to open replies while NOBODY replies to the questions that i am asking. I am totally fed up. So let me write it here and put it straight. (at the same time the customer support has promised 3 times to call me back they never did)
1)I am moving flats at the 31st of January. A new tenant will be coming in and they want to install their own internet. So you will need to stop the internet provision as of that day.
2)The flat that i am moving in, is in the process of cancelling their internet. They have not done it yet. So i need to give you a later date (end of february) for you to come in and re-install the internet
I do not want to get an automated reply or a redirection to a form that nobody answers. Please treat me as you would expect to be treated as well.
