Cancellation wifi and return of router


Dear customer service,

 

I requested to cancel my wifi subscription due to a relocation to the UK.

I received the following case number for my request: Case:805299.

Could you please confirm if my cancellation was successful and to which postal address I can send my FRITZ!box router to return it?

 

If you require further information please contact me via the email address of the case number.

Thank you for your message and welcome to our forum.

I confirm your Tango Fibre L subscription was terminated on 28/01/2021.

The modem was supposed to be brought back to one of our Tango shops.

Would it be also possible to send the modem per Post (at my own cost) ?As I already had to leave the country and I didn’t receive any communication beforehand that it had to be returned via a tango shop.

Hello,

Is it possible to return the router at ANY tango shop or does it have to be in Bertrange? The info displayed in here and what customer service representatives state on the phone appears to be contradictory.

I am sorry to learn you received contradictory information regarding the return of the modem.

The modem needs to be brought back to our Service Center in Bertrange by preference.
