the router username/password which has been sent to me by sms is not the same as the username I see in the configuration of the router. Could you send me my username/password?

Hi, 

After checking your line, you should choose “Tango Fibre” and not “Tango Fibre Mono”.

Notice that your username must be filled in like this : tv******@tangotv.lu

I got almost everything to work, except Tango TV. Are there any special requirements that I need to set up on my Asus Router? I know you only work with Fritzboxes and the only information over telephone was : "under type of connection: use Tango Fibre and not tango fibre mono"

Now my Udemy UDM is directly connected to the network, bypassing the fritzbox 7530.

I used the provided credentials in the internet section of the router  and also used VLAN ID 35. Without it didnt worked.

Next is to setup the VOIP settings on my Siemens Gigaset.

can you please send my credentials to use PPPOE as well? 

Can I use a 3rd party (Siemens Gigaset VOIP) directly to connect to the SIP server, and if yes could you please share the needed info for this as well?
