The fiber cables on my internet line are exposed. The Tango service man who came to originally set it up said it was fine like this, but it’s becoming more and more dangerous. Can you please send someone to fix it?

You’re going to charge me 120€ for something your installation technician did? That is ridiculous. Your technician was the one who made the mistake in the first place. We only realized it was dangerous because an engineering friend visited our house and informed us. Please book us an appointment for free.
