Internet connection not working [CHAP authentication failure]


Hello, since 2h ago I can’t connect to Internet. Yesterday I found some minor issues with packets and DNS resolving (and I messaged you), but Today no connection at all.

 

The error message is: [CHAP authentication failure]. I already tried to restart the router multiple times.

 

What should I do?

Hello I have the same issue i checked the system event logs, it started with PPP negotiation failed and now it says CHAP Authentication failure. I called the support and guess what. They said we do not have anybody to support at the moment and it has been almost 2 days. Problem started Friday and they said you need to wait till Monday. This is literally configuration problem from Tango side and as a customer of course i should wait, right ? And also as a end user i do not need to use internet, I am having it just for fun. Come on….
