Hello!

I installing a small server that I would like to access from the internet.

For some reason, I can’t connect my DynDNS client to my DNS provider.

I have everything properly configured but I can’t access it.

Is there any service that I need to request?

Hello @Nuno,

Thanks for replying on this post.

After doing the initial verifications I saw that the Public dynamic IP is yet not correctly activated.

I’ve opened a technical report for our engineers in order to check the functionality of the IP Adress.

As soon as I got answer, I will come back to you.

Thanks and regards,

Luca

Hello!

I’m sorry for the unanswered call.

I’m pleased to inform that it’s working. Thank you for your support!

One last question is concerning the month that I was charged for the service that wasn’t working. Am I going to be reimbursed?

Hello!

I did add the service but I still can’t access my server.

I have a VDSL installation with a Post modem.

How can I access the modem’s webGUI to check the settings?

Good morning @Nuno ,

Maybe adding the dynamic ip service (2€/month) could solve the problem.

Thanks and regards
