Cannot access to internet the fisrt day after installation


Dear tango,

I have subscribed fibre tango L, and the technician came to my appartment and installed the ONT and modem. Unfortunately, the ‘alarm’ indicator light is always red (in ONT), so I have no internet now but I do not know what went wrong. The techincian said that tango will activate my line maybe in 3-4 days, but i have checked the state of my line which is active.

I would like to ask whether the internet will be back in 3-4 days automatically? or we need to make an other appointment for techicial intervention?

It has been 5 days I have no internet since the installation. 

No one contacted me. I don't know how long I need to wait. Could you please speed up and help to deal with my problem? Very inconvenient without internet.
