Cannot access my FritzBox

Dear sir.Madam,

as per the attached screenshot, the drop down menu for selecting a user name does not contain my user account and only has “ftpuser” as an option, which is invalid.

Please note that i was previously able to access the fritzbox.

Can you please fix the problem asap and contact me?

as spoken, please reset your BOX in order to recreate your user account.

I sent you by private message the procedure and the credentials of your line.
