Hello I am moving out of Luxembourg and want to cancel my Tango wifi subscription from 1st February 2021.

Good morning,

To cancel your contract without fees (administrative fess only), please contact us on our contact form on tango.lu with your customer account information and a proof that your leaving the country.

I have raised the issue in tango.lu and they sent a mail stating that i need to use this form. Its a circular process . Below is mail i got.
