Using "My online bill"

From "My online bill" you can do the following free of charge:

 

Manage your subscriptions on My online bill:

  • Obtain the PIN and PUK codes of your mobile lines
  • Change, block or unblock your SIM card
  • Monitor and pay your bills

View your last 3 bills with their details:

 

  • Access secure online payment
  • Manage your bill reception options: dispatch by e-mail, and text message alert when the bill becomes available


Have you already registered for the "My online bill" service?
 
Simply enter your identifier (Tango customer account number) and your password and press "GO!".

Don't know your account number?
You will find this number on your Tango bill, next to "Customer No.", or else simply text ACCOUNT to 62000 (toll-free).

Forgotten your password?
 
Enter your identifier (Tango customer account number) and click on the "Forgotten password" button.
Your password will be sent to you by e-mail or post within 24 hours.

Not registered for the "My online bill" service yet?
 
Simply enter your Tango customer account number, accept the General Terms and Conditions by clicking the button "I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions", and then validate.

An initial password will be sent to you by post or e-mail within 24 hours.

The first time you log in to the service you will be asked to change your initial password.

Tango Tip: your identifiers are strictly personal, so make sure you choose a password that's difficult to guess, use a different password for each account, and change it regularly.
